Delivery Times
Each item that we sell has a weight next next to it, please view the table below for your delivery charge. All our deliveries are 2 working days if ordered before 2pm (that is 2 working days after your delivery has left our warehouse). Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 2:00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days. In the unlikeness that your item is out of stock we will then contact you with a delivery date.

All our products are delivered by DHL & Royal Mail. However, some of our products are too heavy to be delivered by a courier and will have to be delivered on a pallet, please allow up to 4 working days for these deliveries. You can specify a different delivery address on our check-out page if you want it delivering to your place of work or friend's house etc. Please note we do not offer compensation due to late arrival of parcels or loss of earings due to late arrival of parcels as our parcels are delivered by a third party company (e.g. couriers) and unfortunatley this is out of our control. If something is needed extremely urgently we suggest you use a sameday courier for peace of mind. Please note we cannot ring up and advise when an order is going to be delivered as we use couriers & that is out of our control im afraid.

Special Delivery Instructions:- If it is possible that nobody will be in to sign for your parcel, you may like to let us have your instructions for the driver (e.g. leave in shed or with neighbour). They will then leave your parcel, rather than taking them back to their depot. You can leave your delivery instructions, or any other comments, in the 'Additional Information' section on the page in the checkout section. Please note Timko Ltd will not be held responsible for any parcel lost due to instructions given to leave parcel in shed, porch etc.

European & Worldwide Deliveries:- We deliver to the following Countries: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Balearic Islands, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, USA & Vatican City. Most European Countries are delivered on a road based service on a three to four day delivery. All other countries are 7-10 working days, except for China which is around 14 working days. Please see below for delivery charges. Please note due to ongoing Brexit problems parcels are taking longer to be delivered and Timko Ltd can not be held responsible for delivery dates being missed or parcels that are held up by customs as these are out of our control. Customers are responsible for paying all local taxes and import duties. Remember: Parcels will be held by customs until payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned, delayed or in some cases destroyed. Any parcels that are returned due to non payment of local taxies and import duties will be deducted from the customers refund.

Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered.

From 6Kg to 20Kg £8.99 + VAT

Northern Ireland
Up to 15Kg is £17.50 + VAT, add another £0.65 + VAT per Kg thereafter.
Republic Of Ireland/Channel Islands
Up to 15Kg is £26.50, add another £0.75 per Kg thereafter.
