Refund Policy

• You can cancel your purchases at any time before or up to 7 days from receipt of the goods.  Please note that coils of rope that have been cut or spliced cannot be returned as these are unique orders made to your specification.  For example if you have ordered 10m of 6mm sisal rope.
   

• The Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you telling us you wish to cancel, and must be;

• Complete, unused and in 'as new' condition.

• with the delivery slip included.

• At your own risk and cost.
   

• After we have received the goods in as 'bought condition', your credit/debit card will be credited with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
   

• If you do not return the goods, you are still liable to the supplier (us) for the cost.
   

• We are under no obligation to collect the goods from you, but if this is the case, all costs will be payable by you the consumer.
